Atelier Wolff LLC, a California Limited Liability Company (“Atelier Wolff”, “Company”, “us”, “our” or “we”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains what Personal Information (“Information”) Atelier Wolff collects about you, when you visit, use our services or purchase products (“Products” – collectively the services “Services”) from http://www.atelierwolff.com (the “Website”), including via social media. This Policy also applies to Personal Information that we may collect from you in person, via telephone calls or other communications with our representatives, or in any other instance when you contact us. For the purpose of this Policy, “Personal Information” means any personal information relating to an identified or identifiable individual that is protected by applicable privacy laws.

This Policy explains what Personal Information Atelier Wolff collects about you, how it is obtained, how it is shared and how you may limit the ways in which we use your Information.

Use and access of any of the Services provided by the Company on the Website, constitutes your agreement to the collection, use and disclosure of your information as described by this Policy. If you do not agree to this Policy, you may not use or access any Service provided by the Website.

We may revise and update this Policy at any time. The revised Policy will be posted on this Website and the “Effective Date” will be updated. All changes are effective immediately when they are posted and apply at that time to access to, and use of, the Services. Your continued use of the Services constitutes your agreement to the revised and updated Terms of Use and the collection of Personal Information as described in this Policy. 1. Information We Collect

As a rule, we limit the Information we collect to that which is sufficient, relevant and reasonably necessary for us to provide our Services to you.

Information that We Collect From You

As you use and interact with our Services, we collect the following information via webforms, uploads/other inputs on our Website, emails, letters, text messages, telephone calls and other communications with you.

Contact information such as your name, email address, home or business address, shipping address, job title, telephone number, mobile telephone number, username and password (for creating and using an Atelier Wolff account.)
Order information, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment confirmation, email address and telephone number.
Financial information, including credit or debit card number, bank account information and your payment, service and purchase history.
Other information that could be reasonably used to identify you personally, including any information you voluntarily provide for customer support.

Note: For Location Information, some of our Services may include features based on your actual location or may report on your current location. Information Collected From Third Parties

We may collect Information about you from third parties, including from vendors and service providers who may collect Information from you on our behalf, including but not limited to the following.

Companies who support our Website and Services. For example, our Website is hosted by Shopify, Inc. (“Shopify”), which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our Products. Shopify may process your Information on our behalf as a service provider, or you may have an existing Shopify account that allows Shopify to provide certain Information to us when you create an Atelier Wolff account within Shopify. Similarly, we may obtain traffic and usage about our Website from third parties like Google Analytics or Meta if you have found our Website through a search on another website or application. We may use third parties to make it easier to send emails or post to social media (such as a “forward” or “share” button). These third parties use cookies and other tracking information to capture information about your interactions with us.

When third parties are acting as a service provider to us, your Information is controlled by this Policy. However, if you leave our Website to go to a third-party website or plug-in, Atelier Wolff may not have control over the Information that is collected, used and shared by those third parties. We do not guarantee and are not responsible for the privacy and security of such websites, including but not limited to, the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any Information found on those sites. Information you provide on public and/or semi-public venues, including Information you share on third party social networking platforms, may be viewable by other users of the Services, and/or users of such third-party platforms without limitation to its use by us or a third party. Our inclusion of such links does not, by itself, imply any endorsement of the content of such platforms or of their owners or operators, except as disclosed by in the Services.

Information We Infer

Based on the Information we collect about you, we may derive or draw inferences about you based on that Information. For example, based on your browsing or purchases, we may infer your interest in a certain Product or materials, or information about your purchasing activities over time.

We make every effort to keep your Information accurate and up to date. We will make good faith efforts to update your contact Information with the requested changes you provide us, as soon as is reasonably practical. However, we may retain prior Information as business records.

You can opt out of receiving marketing email from us at any time. You will, however, still receive transactional messages from us. To manage your email preferences with us, click on the Unsubscribe link in any email you receive from us, or contact us at concierge@atelierwolff.com with “Unsubscribe” as the subject line. Your choice will not affect our ability to share information with you in other ways as described in this Policy.

Managing Your Cookies

You can opt-out of cookies by enabling an opt-out preference signal on your browser or by opting out in our Website’s cookie preference center. For more information, please see our Use of Tracking and Technology section above.

Opt-out Preference Signals

Some browsers and browser extensions support opt-out preference signals such as the Global Privacy Control (“GPC”) that can send a signal to the websites you visit to indicating your choice to opt out of certain types of data processing, including data sales. GPC is a web browser level setting maintained by either a browser or browser extension, that a user can set. 8. Children’s Privacy

The Website and associate Services are not for use by anyone under the age of 18 (see our “Terms and Conditions”). We do not knowingly request or collect any information, personal or otherwise, from anyone under 18 years of age. If you are the parent or legal guardian of anyone under the age of 18 who has provided us with their Personal Information, you may contact us at concierge@atelierwolff.com to request that their Personal Information be deleted.

As of the Effective Date of this Privacy Policy, we do not have actual knowledge that we either share or sell (as those terms are defined in applicable law) the Personal Information of individuals under 18 years of age.

This Website and this Policy contain links to other websites for your convenience. Atelier Wolff is not responsible for the privacy practices, products, services, advertising, policies or the content of such other websites. None of the links on the Website should be deemed to imply in any way that Atelier Wolff endorses or has any affiliation with the links.

We incorporate commercially reasonable safeguards to help protect and secure your Personal Information. However, no data transmitted over the internet, mobile networks, wireless internet or stored electronically can be guaranteed 100% secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information you transmit to or from the Website, and you provide us with your Information at your own risk.

If you are visiting or using the Services found on the Website from a location outside of the United States (“U.S.”), your connection will be through and to servers located within the U.S. Additionally, all information you receive from the Website will be created on servers located within the U.S., and all information you provide will be maintained on servers and systems located within the U.S. The data protection laws in the United States may be different from those of the country in which you are located, and your information may be subject to access requests from law enforcement, courts and government in the United States in accordance with the laws of the United States.

If you are a resident of the United Kingdon (“U.K.”) or the European Economic Area (“EEA”), and your Personal Information is transferred out of the U.K. or EEA, we will implement appropriate safeguards to protect your Personal Information, including transferring it in accordance with the applicable transfer mechanism, including the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or the U.K. International Data Transfer Agreement. This Section of the Policy applies solely to California residents. We adopt this section to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CPRA”). Any terms defined in the CCPA and the CPRA have the same meaning when used in this Section.

Please note that we only keep your Sensitive Personal Information for a limited period of time. Third Party Marketing

If you are a California resident with an established business relationship with us, California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits you to request and obtain from us a list of what Personal Information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year and the names and addresses of those third parties. Except as stated otherwise for partners or co-branded events with your express consent, we do not currently disclose Personal Information protected under this section to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.

Exercising Your California Privacy Rights

You, or your authorized agent may make a request to access, correct, delete or opt-out of the sale of your Personal Information, or limit the use of your Sensitive Personal Information by contacting us using the information in the Contact Us section below.

If you use an authorized agent to submit your request, we may require proof of the written authorization you have given. We may also require you to confirm your identity and your residency to obtain the information. You are entitled to make this request only twice in a 12-month period. For emails, please include “California Privacy Rights” as the subject line.

You must include your full name, email address, and attest to the fact that you are a California resident. We will acknowledge your request within 10 days and either respond to your request within 45 days or let you know if we need additional time. If you make this request by telephone, we may also ask you to provide the request in writing so that we can verify your identity. If we are unable to honor your request for any reason, we will notify you of the reason within the request time period.
